GEORGE VRANESH ~ TOWARD ABSTRACTION

For me, “Toward Abstraction” in painting begins with representational subject matter. An interplay takes place between the shapes and colors of my preferred vehicle of landscapes and seascapes which remain after working the interrelationship of shapes and colors.
Personal taste and visual architecture are ever present as my attention becomes fixed and explores the expression of developed or developing image. Content quality and design are special in the excitement of mind and eye.
Finally, my painting beliefs, imagery, imagination, discovery and practices will inevitably influence the effective style and production of my work.
